CANCELLATION POLICY
We require cancellations to be made outside of the 48 hour window of your appointment. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged a minimum of 50% of the service fee. No-show appointments will be charged up to 100% of the total service fee. SERVICE GUARANTEES We want our guests to love their hair! However we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Guests have 72 hours contact us if they are unsatisfied in any way with their hair. If we determine the issue is our responsibility to correct, we will offer you availability to come back in for a service adjustment at our cost. Please note that we only offer these adjustments at our discretion. If you decline our offer to make adjustments, a refund will NOT be issued. The following practices WILL VOID a complimentary service adjustment: - Using non-professional shampoo, conditioner, or hair product of any kind, including any and all MLM brands, such as MONAT and WEN - Failure to follow at home care maintenance (especially for extensions) - Previous box color or history of non professional color of
